1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7jaya ("7jaya", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7jaya website located at https://7jaya.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register accounts.

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

7jaya reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account with 7jaya. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, the same household, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Updates

You must promptly update your account information whenever any registered detail changes. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals, failed verification, or account suspension. 3.3 Account Currency

All 7jaya accounts for Bangladesh-based players are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

7jaya operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. 5. Account Security

You agree to notify 7jaya immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any other security breach affecting your account. Upon receiving such notification, 7jaya will take reasonable steps to secure the account, which may include a temporary suspension pending investigation.

7jaya shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorized access to a player's account where such access results from the player's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials, or where the player has shared their credentials voluntarily or inadvertently.

6. Deposits

7jaya accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Additional deposit methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard. 7jaya reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with or without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Processing

6.3 Deposit Source

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in the return of funds and possible account suspension. 7jaya does not accept deposits in cash or via anonymous payment instruments.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available balances (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time through the Cashier section of their account, subject to the conditions set out in this section and the successful completion of KYC verification.

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses awarded to a 7jaya account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. 8.2 Bonus Abuse

7jaya actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinated play across multiple accounts; and exploitation of promotional terms through systematic, non-recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7jaya reserves the right to void bonuses, remove associated winnings, and close the account without further liability.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of award, after which any uncleared bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from the account. The expiry period applicable to each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms.

9. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on 7jaya operate according to the specific rules published for each product. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating. In the event of any inconsistency between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to game outcomes.

9.1 Bets Once Placed

Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where expressly provided for in the rules of the relevant game or betting market. 7jaya is not obligated to honour bets placed due to technical errors, system malfunctions, or incorrectly displayed odds resulting from a manifest error.

9.2 Manifest Errors

A manifest error means an obvious and palpable error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or payouts caused by a technical fault or human input error. 7jaya reserves the right to void bets affected by a manifest error and to recover any amounts paid out in error, including by deducting the relevant amount from the player's account balance.

9.3 Game Disconnection

In the event of a network disconnection during an active game round, 7jaya's server-side records of game state and wager amounts will be treated as authoritative. Game rounds that were in progress at the time of disconnection will be completed or settled according to the server record. 7jaya is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's internet service provider or device.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7jaya platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or acting as a proxy or nominee for another person.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
